Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive performance across fleet and fulfillment operations. This role places a strong emphasis on three core skills: data visualization (Tableau/Quicksight), SQL, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will pair deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to uncover insights, streamline operations, and influence high-visibility business decisions. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, Quicksight, or similar BI tools to provide actionable insights. Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries across large relational and NoSQL databases. Design and manage data models and ETL pipelines that scale with operational needs. Engineer critical input and output metrics to measure performance, identify root causes, and drive process improvements. Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams to build robust data solutions. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise communications for senior stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications
Tableau & Quicksight 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visual analytics. SQL 6+ years of experience querying and analyzing large, complex datasets. Data Modeling 6+ years of experience with warehousing and ETL pipeline development. Excellent written & verbal communication skills 10+ years, with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases. Scripting experience with Python for data processing and modeling. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Matlab). Bachelors degree in business intelligence, computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, EC2, and Redshift. Background in data mining, ETL, and managing large-scale datasets. Prior work in high-visibility reporting environments. Why This Role Stands Out
