Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards. Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice to clients. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and increase visibility.
Qualifications
Studying for or have a valid real estate license in the state of Louisiana Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Mandeville and surrounding areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
