We are seeking a skilled
Windows IT Services End-User Support / Endpoint Administrator
to join our clients Endpoint Management Vulnerability team. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within the organizations IT endpoint infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for providing Tier 3 support, managing systems through SCCM and Intune, supporting A/V systems, and assisting with IT asset management. Key Responsibilities Monitor vulnerability scans of systems and applications. Mitigate identified vulnerabilities by coordinating with users and remotely patching systems. Document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation actions. Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely resolution of vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for vulnerability management. Conduct internal security assessments and audits for compliance with IT security policies and standards. Stay current on emerging threats, tools, and best practices in endpoint security. Assist during third-party security audits and assessments. Respond to and resolve Tier 3 helpdesk tickets. Provide technical support for on-site end-users, including A/V system support. Utilize tools such as
Microsoft Intune
and
SCCM
for endpoint management and configuration. Support Asset Management tasks as needed, including: Creating and updating asset records Distributing IT assets to employees at the Herndon office
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
(required without exception) 3+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or vulnerability management Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, SCCM, and Intune Familiarity with security best practices and vulnerability assessment tools Experience supporting users both remotely and in person Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, especially in Windows environments Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with security audits and third-party assessments Prior exposure to IT asset management systems A+/Network+/Security+ or similar certifications
