Experienced Neurovascular Nurse Practitioner Needed for Locum Tenens

An experienced Neurovascular Nurse Practitioner is sought to provide locum tenens coverage for maternity leave from December 2025 to March 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact.
Shifts:
3 shifts per week, consisting of day and night shifts (12 hours each). Night and weekend availability is a must. Team Structure:
You will work alongside 3 Neurosurgeons with full support. Note that the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will not be working autonomously, as a physician is always available by phone if not on-site. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat various illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Write and manage prescriptions. Coordinate patient care effectively. Act as the first responder to any code stroke alerts within the facility. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation on a 1099 basis. Travel reimbursement available for flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and mileage (billed at the IRS standard rate). Complimentary medical malpractice coverage provided. Qualifications: AANP Certification. Active VA license. ACLS and ENLS certifications. Significant neurovascular experience required.
