Job Title:
Corporate Development Senior Analyst Job Duties: Develop the company and business unit strategy for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities. Assist leadership in evaluating and executing portfolio changes to maximize shareholder value. Research markets and companies to support M&A pipeline development. Participate in all aspects of M&A transactions, including analysis, valuation, due diligence, legal documentation, and integration planning. Perform financial analysis and develop models for evaluating targets. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during transactions. Support negotiations and prepare related presentations. Model and assess capital allocation and portfolio scenarios. Analyze recent acquisitions and prepare reports for the Board of Directors. Evaluate stock performance and share repurchase opportunities. Update and analyze the companys Country Risk Premium and Enterprise Risk Management matrix. Develop frameworks and tools to support leadership decision-making.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, M&A, or related roles. Experience with financial statement analysis, valuation methods, and financial modeling. Knowledge of M&A processes, legal documentation, and due diligence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg. Ability to travel 20% domestically. Location: Headquartered in Carthage, MO, or remote within the U.S.
