This individual will be responsible for executing logistical, operational, and administrative processes related to attorney recruiting. This position reports to the firms Director of Attorney Recruiting. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of the entry-level and lateral attorney interview processes, including developing interview rosters, interview support documents, and aggregating feedback. Review incoming resumes from attorney recruiting inboxes, headhunters, and internal referrals and process them to the appropriate recruiting team members. Perform research projects and compile candidate briefings. Handle candidate conflicts questionnaires and work with the conflicts department to ensure candidates clear conflicts prior to interviews. Draft offer letters. Offer event logistical support for the summer associate program and attorney recruiting and interview events. Manage the maintenance of and data integrity of the firms applicant tracking system. Manage local details for firm-wide legal recruiting projects, including online summer associate directories, annual NALP forms, firm-wide summer events, and AmLaw and Vault surveys. Track and analyze Summer Associate Program outcomes to generate data for understanding future success factors. Present current attorney openings as directed by department management. Assist the Attorney Talent Management Department with overflow support as needed. Qualifications
Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of professional experience, preferably in legal recruitment or law school career services. Prior legal recruiting experience with the ability to source and hire law students and lateral associates. Experience with on-campus recruiting, callbacks, and summer associate programs is highly preferred. Seniority level
