Earn an additional $3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st. Peak Holiday Premium:
Enjoy an additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st. The Seasonal Inventory Analyst is vital in managing our inventory through cycle counts of primary, reserve, and emergency pick locations (EPL) daily. You will leverage your knowledge of the Warehouse Management System to investigate inventory discrepancies, reconcile balances, and assist in the effective slotting of SKUs. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to enhancing inventory accuracy and increasing process efficiency. Position Details: Shift:

As a Seasonal Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities may include: Cycle counting primary, reserve, and EPL locations and addressing mispicked items. Assisting with SKU slotting and inventory profiling. Completing special requests, such as location maintenance and discrepancy investigations. Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive work environment. To excel in this role, you need to meet the following requirements: Must pass a drug screening and background check. Forklift certification is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills. A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. WMS experience is preferred. A willingness to learn new systems and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Capability to identify and implement process improvements. Willingness to sit for 60% of working hours and stand for 40%. Comfortable with occasional bending, twisting, and reaching. Able to lift average weights of 25 lbs., frequently lifting 40 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs. with a partner. Ability to work in tight quarters and push/pull carts weighing up to 500 lbs. Can work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degrees. Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs as needed. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
