The Giving Room
food bank needs committed drivers to pick up food donations from our nearby grocery partner. This is a weekly volunteer job that requires some training, sincere commitment, and reliability. Volunteers interested in food donation pick ups must have their own vehicles, with room to fit around 10 boxes of food, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs in weight. Ideally, we would like volunteers in this role to commit to a minimum of 6 months. We are flexible if you would like to join us on a different commitment schedule (eg, twice a month). Quick outline: Mondays - Food donation pick up driver 7:30am-8:15am | 2 drivers -Pickup food donations -Unload food in Giving Room at Epic Life Church (other volunteers will be available to unload and sort)
