Lead Corporate Recruiter
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a growing construction organization with a strong footprint across multiple states. They specialize in large-scale contracting projects and are seeking a Lead Recruiter to guide recruiting strategies, mentor a team, and drive high-volume hiring for skilled trades. The Lead Corporate Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, focusing on skilled trade positions. This individual will manage a small team, collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet project demands. Key responsibilities include: leading full-cycle recruitment for skilled trade and project-based roles, developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates to support current and future needs, partnering with project managers and leadership to align hiring strategies with business priorities, conducting interviews, coordinating candidate evaluations, and overseeing onboarding processes, sourcing candidates creatively through job boards, databases, and community networking, representing the company at job fairs, trade schools, and outreach events, tracking and analyzing recruiting activity and providing regular reporting, managing, coaching, and developing a recruiting team of 24 recruiters, establishing and refining recruitment strategies and best practices. Qualifications include: 47 years of agency recruiting experience within skilled trades, demonstrated career growth and stability in prior roles, background in client account management and workforce planning, experience mentoring and managing recruiters or recruitment teams, proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
