Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is looking for an energetic and passionate Solar Sales and Business Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our mission to bring clean and affordable solar energy to residential and commercial customers across the region.

As a part of SES, you will work directly with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that fit their goals. We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for renewable energy.

This role is Salary + Commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer energy needs and present customized solar proposals.

Nurture strong relationships with clients before, during, and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to effectively educate clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Knowledge of solar energy systems and the regulatory environment is a plus.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid drivers license and clean background check
