Overview

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in clinical diagnostics. This Health Systems Executive role partners with hospital network C-suite executives to understand business needs and provide solutions that help achieve goals. This fully remote position involves 50%75% travel and covers the Central region (Chicago, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin). You will be part of the Strategic Accounts team and report to the Area Vice President responsible for owned customer accounts. Cross-functional collaboration with regional sales and service teams will drive the health system strategy and align with Beckman Coulter Diagnostics objectives. Responsibilities Develop relationships within the C-suite at hub IDNs and with key stakeholders (e.g., Committee Members, Procurement, Medical Directors) within Health System accounts. Build and lead the annual strategic business plan within each Health System to drive year-over-year revenue growth and sustained partnerships. Utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns with local regional teams, ensuring understanding of customer needs and alignment with the broader partnership. Partner with the service organization to ensure successful installation, go-live and post-install maintenance; provide a high-level view of account activities and escalate when needed. Collaborate with local regional leaders to align teams and provide coaching/leadership to sales reps, formally and informally.

Essential Requirements

Bachelors degree (preferably in business or sciences); Masters degree preferred. 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory, including experience selling to C-suite within large IDNs. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver executive-level presentations clearly and concisely.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment

Travel 50%75% of the time.

Preferred Experience

Understanding the business and financial goals of customers and developing sound strategies. Partnering with local sales teams to provide leadership, account strategy and day-to-day accountability for regional teams. Hospital operating financials and healthcare economics. Leading weekly and monthly account plan tactics and delivering business reviews with customers and internally.

Benefits & Work Arrangement

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) to eligible employees. The position is eligible for remote work arrangements where applicable. Salary range: $150,000$170,000, with bonus/incentive pay possible.
