Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the Saba Learning Management System (LMS). Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues submitted through ServiceNow. Build and maintain custom reports using Saba's reporting tools. Utilize and manage custom tools and dimensions within Saba. Apply and manage prescriptive rules within the LMS. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system integrity and performance. Maintain documentation of system configurations and support processes. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Saba LMS. Strong technical expertise in Saba, including custom tools and dimensions. Experience with RDI and building custom reports. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Previous experience as a Learning Administrator. Familiarity with prescriptive rules in Saba. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system. Basic understanding of clinical environments (not required but helpful). The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. Compensation may vary based on factors like education, experience, and location.
