Responsibilities

Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Meet with warm buyer leads and build lasting client relationships Advise clients on local market trends and homebuying strategies Guide buyers through financing options and the offer process Negotiate purchase agreements to help clients win deals Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to closing Maintain CRM follow-ups and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends Qualifications

Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Over 1 year of buyers agent or real estate experience preferred High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred 1+ year of experience as a real estate or buyers agent preferred Active South Carolina Real Estate License Knowledge of the local Charleston real estate market Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and convert leads Highly motivated, organized, and committed to client service Compensation
