Duties May Include:
Design and deliver formal training curricula for new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development
Develop and maintain training materials including curricula, guides, processes, and procedures documentation
Ensure contractor personnel are adequately trained in TSD tools, troubleshooting methods, and customer service standards
Monitor post-training performance and provide remedial training as needed to maintain quality standards
Coordinate government-mandated training completion and tracking for all contractor personnel
Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques including adult learning principles
Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems and training documentation
Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Background Investigation
Desired Qualifications:
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification
Experience with technical training for IT service desk operations
Knowledge of ITIL training methodologies and customer service best practices
Experience developing training for government contractors or cleared personnel
Instructional design certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) training capabilities
