The Foreclosure Specialist is responsible for an assigned caseload of mortgage loans under the management of Default Servicing due to Foreclosure, litigation or liquidation. Responsibility includes but is not limited to ensuring all investor guidelines are adhered to, timelines are monitored and met while minimizing risk to Servbank and clients. All employees are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline of Active and Suspended Foreclosure loans from the referral through the post-sale process. Documenting all loan-level efforts into the Foreclosure Workstations in MSP and LoanSphere. Review and provide designated counsel all documentation necessary to effectively manage the Foreclosure process to ensure all accounts are being managed according to investor and insurer timelines. Coordinate with our Attorney network to maximize efficiency and timeliness of resolution through loss mitigation options or Foreclosure sale. Prepare relevant legal documents to be executed by management including, Affidavits, Assignment of Mortgage, SOT's and other Foreclosure related documents. Review incoming expenses for invoices or additional fees for accuracy and investor compliance. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all State, Federal, County and City requirements and regulations. Attends training sessions as required. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Default Management Requirements
Extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process and workflows. Preferred but not required- Knowledge of Black Knight software products. Specifically, MSP, Loansphere and Invoice Management. Knowledge of CHFA/FHA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, MI and various other investor/insurer foreclosure requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word processing and spreadsheets, data entry, PC input, etc.) Ability to work independently Goal-oriented Education:
High School diploma and/or some college Combination of education and required minimal experience in Collection call center/customer service/mortgage servicing environment
