In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract and hire exceptional talent that will fuel our companys success. What Youll Do
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across various departmentsfrom sourcing to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Source, screen, and engage candidates using creative outreach methods and modern recruiting tools. Manage candidate pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Analyze market and compensation data to support competitive offer development and talent negotiation. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to attract a diverse talent pool. What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with 3+ years working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience recruiting for varied roles, preferably across technology, business, or operational functions. Proficiency with key recruiting platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
