Talent Acquisition Team Lead
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will manage high-volume Talent Acquisition team members who are bringing in talent for our business. The Team Lead will report into the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for individually recruiting senior-level roles. This role will interact with leadership and make an impact to the success of the Talent Acquisition team and organization broadly. Primary Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a motivated team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and the support they need to thrive and consistently deliver exceptional talent Oversee and drive hiring goals for high-volume recruitment Partner with the team to develop data-driven recruiting strategies that align with business priorities and deliver results across departments and regions Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure workflows, integrations, and user experiences are streamlined, efficient, and scalable Manage and deliver dashboards, recruiting metrics, and reports for leadership. Use insights to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience Personally recruit for high-impact roles. From sourcing to offer, you'll ensure a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient process Lead intake and strategy meetings with hiring managers and coach them on hiring best practices, interview calibration, and market expectations Lead team meetings, create process documentation, and continuously improve operational efficiency across the TA function. Recommend and implement forward-thinking TA policies, sourcing techniques, and process enhancements to ensure we stay competitive and inclusive in a fast-evolving talent market Act as a trusted partner and service-minded liaison between candidates, hiring managers and the business Provide a high-touch, professional and responsive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications
5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience BA/BS degree required Experience creatively sourcing and recruiting candidates for an average requisition load of 5-7 positions Experience with recruiting in a high-volume environment Experience with iCIMs and/or ATS backend configuration; LinkedIn Recruiter experience required Demonstrated understanding of the importance of candidate experience, with a track record of ensuring timely and respectful interactions Excellent business acumen and customer service, with high energy, sense of urgency, and can-do positive attitude Excellent communication and presence from experience working with senior to executive level leaders Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and networking skills Strong understanding of HR, legal and compliance issues Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience recruiting in the Absence/FMLA industry preferred Benefits and Perks
