Responsibilities:
Provide primary care for patients aged 2+ (wellness, acute, chronic care) Perform exams, order/interpret tests, and develop treatment plans Educate patients on prevention and care Coordinate referrals and follow-ups Document care accurately Work in a dispensing health center with support staff and providers Requirements:
Active FNP or PA license (state compliant) Recent family medicine experience Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Preferred:
Bilingual skills Community health or primary care experience
