Examples of Duties
Duties List • Support setup and documentation of AI tools, workflows, and integrations. • Coordinate virtually with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects. • Maintain accurate records of validation steps, processes, and outcomes. • Build and test automated workflows in n8n and related platforms. • Use Replit, CursorAI, and state-of-the-art local and online LLMs to develop and refine scripts or lightweight applications. • Deploy and monitor AI agents and integrations in collaboration with the technical team. • Troubleshoot issues and document solutions to minimize downtime. • Track emerging AI platforms and tools relevant to education and healthcare. • Prototype new AI applications in Replit and share results with the team. • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating tool effectiveness and scalability. • Provide clear documentation and training materials for faculty and staff using AI tools and workflows. • Offer technical support and guidance in virtual meetings and asynchronous channels.
Qualifications
CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER
High school diploma or equivalent. Any one or any combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the following categories:
College coursework which includes Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months) Associate's Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months) 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months) Bachelor's Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)
Work experience in IT-related functions, such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field.
Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position may be required.
