UKG Techno functional (EZcall) consultant

Should have at least 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD (UKG Pro WFM) Applications. Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to UKG Pro WFM & UKG EZCALL Applications. Should have healthcare domain knowledge. Candidate should have experience in UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM). The candidate will be primarily responsible for creating the Business Requirements Document (BRD), high-level design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, validating requirements with product offerings, Working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. They will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and design. Good experience in UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) with functional expertise in EZCall, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Attendance modules.
