Agronomy Sales Manager
to oversee all agronomy sales personnel. Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of 5-10 salespeople. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Educate and solve customer needs through technical expertise. Qualifications:
Degree in agronomy or related field, or equivalent industry experience. At least 3-5+ years of experience as a sales agronomist or in agronomy sales management. Strong agronomic knowledge and a strategic, aggressive sales mindset. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus bonus incentives. For an experienced, coachable individual with a growth mindset,
$100k+ in the first year
