WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR DISPATCHER
You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure our transportation system runs with precision and care. Think: communicator, troubleshooter, coordinator, and compliance guardian-all in one. Here's what your day might look like: Receive, relay, and/or transmit dispatch for transportation in the most accurate, efficient, and timely manner Maintain a detailed log of all radio transmissions, telephone calls, and key communications Track driver status and vehicle location using dispatch systems Communicate directly with drivers via radio or phone, including emergency response coordination Anticipate and respond to route disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or emergencies Monitor daily logs and cameras for compliance, safety, and documentation errors Keep reports from drivers up to date, organized, and ready for supervisor review Ensure adherence to working hour regulations, safety protocols, and reporting guidelines Maintain confidentiality around patient and building security information Stay ready to support coverage gaps in routes or driver schedules Prepare required reports and documentation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Be available for weekends or extended hours on rotation Perform other related duties as assigned WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT

High school diploma or GED One year or more experience in NEMT dispatch Experience using radio/communication equipment and dispatch systems Able to type 40 WPM and pass a computerized skills test Familiarity with local geography is a plus Must pass a background check & applicable testing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to work weekdays, weekends, and rotating shift
