Your main responsibilities include: Using your strong technical recruiting acumen to find best-in-class talent to help shape and scale semiconductor manufacturing teams. Successfully filling requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Acting as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process. Providing an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer, evaluating skill level, and driving the interview and offer processes. Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods (i.e., digital, social media, events), building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions. Developing a deep understanding of the strategy, objectives, processes, culture, and skill needs of the hiring teams that you support; use this knowledge to co-author effective job descriptions, craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates. Aligning with the interview team to ensure efficient preparation before and during the interview process. Recommending, negotiating, and closing offers, selling TSMC's compensation philosophy, culture, unique impact of their role, and what differentiates us from talent competitors. Partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification and assessment through offer. Maintaining clear and consistent records in our system. Utilizing your attention to detail and process rigor to become a trusted partner to internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience. Using hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions. Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have: 8+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. Bachelor's degree required. Experience recruiting Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, and Executive level. Advanced knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence required. Experience working in a cross-cultural environment preferred. Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience a plus. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Patient, communicative, collaborative team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills. Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow-through and client service. Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality; self-sufficient, able to work with ambiguity. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, required.
