Job Title: Environmental Compliance Professional
We are seeking motivated Environmental Scientists and Engineers. The selected individual is expected to define and perform project tasks in a cost-effective and time efficient manner in a collaborative team environment. We have an immediate full-time (40 hrs.) opening with the option of flexible workplace arrangements. Your Contributions will include:
Working with senior and other technical staff to develop client solutions across the commercial/industrial sector. Interacting with clients to identify needs and collect data. Developing high quality solutions for delivery to clients in various formats. Client/Consultant Relationship Building Task completion
Engage in diverse established and new client projects related to Air, Water, Waste and Hazardous Materials. Perform data collection utilizing onsite observation and/or remote methods, Utilize software, spreadsheets, databases, or other Client tools for data analysis and client solution development.
Material Management, and Emergency Response/Prevention
Develop and deliver high quality technical documents rooted in regulatory and client requirements. Develop and deliver presentations, and/or training sessions on regulatory subject matter.
Compliance concepts, industry trends, and emerging issues
Review and monitor changes in environmental regulations. Support client project teams and internal business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Three to six years' experience within the environmental compliance field; with direct experience in Commercial/Industrial or Consulting/Engineering sectors. Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or Earth Science from a four-year College or University. Above average proficiency in database and spreadsheet (Excel) usage and management. Time management - ability to track project scope and progress, schedules, and budgets. Technical writing and professional communication skills (emails). Broad knowledge of environmental regulations and applicability.
CAA CWA TSCA RCRA EPCRA/SARA CERCLA NEPA EU Regulations
Strong oral and interpersonal skills. Ability to review co-worker's reports using specific checklists and provide constructive feedback. Demonstrated professional and team-oriented approach to work. Non-restrictive driver's license, Real ID, and satisfactory driving record. Pass drug screening test. Physically able to visit industrial, commercial and construction sites where extended time walking and standing may be required, as well as maintain an elevated level of awareness.
Sitting for extend periods of time.
The ability to travel 10% to 20% of your time to customer sites and/or field visits. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (MS) in Environmental Management or Sustainability from a four-year College or University. Six (6) plus years' experience within the environmental science field; preference of direct experience within Commercial/Industrial or Consulting/Engineering sectors. Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Environmental Compliance. CHMM and/or ISO 14001 certified.
