Contract Associate Technology Delivery Analyst
Aid the New York Technical Support team with imaging of Mac and PC Laptops, scheduling workstation replacements, and shipping hardware to end users. Support work may include, but is not limited to, loan/track loaner hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration, installing software and/or hardware peripherals, deployment of new software packages and upgrades. Teamwork, customer satisfaction, problem solving, solid communication, and technical knowledge are skills critical to the success of this position. This position's primary functions are listed below: Image and Provision PC laptops using Autopilot Image and Provision Mac Laptops using JAMF Schedule workstation replacements with End Users Manage shipping of Laptops and hardware via UPS and Fedex Manage collection of returned equipment from End Users Document, and inventory/retire returned assets Provide other troubleshooting and support with IT Team tasks as needed Provide quality customer service and support to End Users This position requires technical support knowledge of various MAC and/or PC software and hardware equipment, as well as the ability to analyze and solve computer-related problems. Specialized Skills and Competencies required to perform the work: MAC and PC Hardware Support - Intermediate Windows 11 OS Support- Intermediate MacOS Support - Intermediate MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Intermediate MS Teams and Zoom - Intermediate Desktop and Laptops - Intermediate Troubleshooting remote access Intermediate Candidate must also be able to: Work independently and with a Team Quickly troubleshoot problems and provide solutions Communicate effectively Pay attention to detail and follow up Provide quality customer service and support to End Users This is a contract position for a temporary 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
