SAIC is seeking Training Analyst Principal to join the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Advanced Development Operations (DevOps) and Sustainment Support (ADOS) program and provide support to facilitate operations of critical MARS infrastructure and services. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/ modernize MARS. This position will Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to MARS operations. The ideal candidate will be located in the National Capital Region.
Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by fall 2025.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive and advanced training programs for the MARS framework
Conduct needs assessments to identify specific training requirements within the MARS framework
Creates detailed training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, ensuring alignment with DIA standards
Facilitates in-person and virtual training sessions for MARS personnel
Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
Continuously updates training programs to align with organizational changes and technological advancements within MARS
Supports the professional development of MARS users and administrator
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience, Masters Degree and 8 years of experience
Leadership experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs
Proven ability to design and implement training programs based on adult learning principles
Expertise in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements

Training Analyst: Bachelors Degree and 3 years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience
Training Analyst Senior: Bachelors and 6 years or more of related experience; Masters and 4 years or more experience
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
