Maintain accurate inventory records using MVP. Issue tools, equipment, and parts to maintenance techs/ CNC techs/ Engineering techs/ HSE staff as needed. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages. Organize and label storeroom shelves for easy access and identification. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Coordinate with vendors and purchasing department for order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the storeroom. Track usage trends and provide reports to management. Support maintenance team with administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Prior experience in inventory management or storeroom operations, preferably in a maintenance or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with MVP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Working knowledge of facility equipment and infrastructure. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
