AJO Developer Job Description :

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer journeys across multiple channels. Leverage the power of AJO to create personalized and targeted customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Journey Design and Orchestration:

Design and build customer journeys based on customer data and behavior Define entry points, decision points, and exit points in customer journeys Configure journey rules, conditions, and actions to trigger relevant experiences

Data Integration and Management:

Integrate data from various sources (CRM, ERP, analytics) into Adobe Experience Platform Cleanse, transform, and enrich data for journey orchestration Manage data flows and ensure data quality

Channel Integration:

Integrate with various channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and web push Configure channel-specific settings and message templates Implement personalization and dynamic content within messages

Testing and Optimization:

Test and validate customer journeys to ensure optimal performance Analyze journey performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Optimize journeys based on insights and data-driven decisions

Technical Implementation:

Develop custom integrations with external systems using APIs and webhooks Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to journey execution Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Adobe Journey Orchestration

Adobe Journey Orchestration

(AJO) Skills:

Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEP, ACV8

Proficiency in designing customer journey maps to visualize and plan the various touchpoints and interactions across the customer lifecycle.

AJO Platform Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the features and capabilities of Adobe Journey Orchestration, including the ability to create, manage, and optimize customer journeys.

Data Modeling: Understanding how to structure and model data to support personalized and targeted customer interactions within the AJO platform.

Integration Skills: Ability to integrate Adobe Journey Orchestration with AEP/ Adobe Campaign and external systems for a unified customer experience.

Adobe Campaign Job Description :

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns. Leverage the power of Adobe Campaign to create and execute personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation and Management:

Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail) Create and manage campaign workflows, including segmentation, personalization, and automation Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies

Data Integration and Management:

Integrate data from various sources (CRM, ERP, analytics) into Adobe Campaign Cleanse, transform, and enrich data for campaign targeting and personalization Manage data flows and ensure data quality

Technical Implementation:

Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate campaign processes Configure and customize Adobe Campaign to meet specific business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution

Reporting and Analytics:

Set up tracking and reporting to measure campaign performance Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future campaigns Generate insightful reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML Experience with data integration and data quality management Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
