Our client is a fast-growing Series A health technology company on a mission to transform mental health services for underserved communities. They've scaled to double-digit millions in annual revenue within two years, serve thousands of clients, and support a nationwide network of 200+ clinicians. The team is lean, ambitious, and values engineers who thrive in fast-moving, product-focused environments.
This is a unique opportunity to join as the sixth engineer on the team and directly shape the technical foundation of a platform that will improve thousands of lives. What You Will Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will: Build foundational systems across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Develop clinician tooling that enables providers to deliver best-in-class, data-driven care. Work on AI-powered features, including transcript analysis for improved follow-up and patient outcomes. Streamline client intake processes and automate cost estimation for a seamless, transparent experience. Invest in developer experience by iterating on CI/CD, observability, and reliability tools. Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering, product designer, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product direction. Ideal Candidate Background 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript. Experience with React (or another modern frontend framework). Comfort working across the stack (frontend, backend, database). Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments. Product-oriented mindset, able to think about the end user and business impact. Excellent communication skills, self-directed, detail-oriented. Preferred Prior healthcare or health tech experience (not required but a plus). Familiarity with Supabase, Prisma, Fastify, or tRPC. Demonstrated ability to thrive in small teams and wear multiple hats. Located in or willing to work East Coast hours. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
