Position Summary: The

Maintenance Techician I-2nd Shift

position performs a variety of maintenance activities within the office and manufacturing environment as assigned by Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities

Performs repairs in accordance with Safety and OSHA. (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements

Accurately complete and document work orders promptly in CMMS to maintain high-quality standards Performs non-technical maintenance of plumbing systems, to include standard repair of leaking fixtures, cleaning obstructed waste lines, installing water coolers Performs carpentry maintenance tasks including routine painting of interior and exterior finishes, stripping floors, installing signage, and assembling furniture and racking storge systems. Installs new or purchased equipment Supplies proper information for the acquisition of replacement parts Troubleshoots and repairs stationary and mobile equipment Trains and participates in the Emergency Evacuation Plan Coordinates and schedules maintenance activities with department managers Participates in continuous improvement projects Coordinates and assists in inspections of critical building systems and environmental compliance Calibrates testing instruments Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, including maintenance shop On call for emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary Performs snow removal, as required Carries out all other dusties as assianed by Management Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent education required 1 year facility maintenance or manufacturing experience Knowledge of building systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of hydraulic systems (preferred) Pay Rate*:

$18.00-$25.00 *The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity Job Posting Min Salary
