Responsibilities
We're looking for a
Senior Systems Integrator
to play a critical leadership role in supporting the Government's mission to ensure the integrity and performance of complex, large-scale systems across the
National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) ,
Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) , and Federal agencies. In this role, you'll lead the integration of systems-of-systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments-ensuring they function as a unified, secure, and reliable enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support
systems integration efforts
across the NSG, ASG, and other federal organizations to enable the timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT. Provide oversight of the
end-to-end system landscape , with a strong understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
Assist in
planning and implementing
technical solutions, using standardized processes and tools to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and integrity.
Oversee the
preparation of engineering plans
and
technical site installation designs , ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
Guide and mentor
mid- and junior-level system integrators , ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Support the
documentation and maintenance
of integrated systems to ensure long-term operational stability and scalability.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field
OR
4 additional years of relevant experience (no degree)
OR
2 additional years of relevant experience (with a non-STEM degree)
Experience: 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry
Proven work integrating complex
System-of-Systems
or
Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
in
cloud, on-premise, or hybrid
environments
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Familiarity with
Digital Engineering
practices
Hands-on experience with
JIRA
and
Confluence
Domain Expertise: Experience supporting
NGA ,
NSG , or
ASG
projects
Previous work on
Intelligence Community (IC)
or
DoD
programs
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.
Desired:
Master's degree

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
