What You'll Do:

Educate patients & parents on orthodontic treatment options & financial plans

Guide patients through their treatment journey & ensure a positive experience

Present treatment fees & help coordinate insurance & payment plans

Travel between our

Eagle Rock &

Alhambra

offices to support both locations

Work closely with the orthodontist & clinical team to ensure seamless care

What We're Looking For: 2+ years

of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office

Great communication & sales skills

– able to build trust with kids & parents

Organized & detail-oriented

with the ability to multitask

Willingness to travel

between Alhambra & Eagle Rock locations

Experience with

dental/ortho software

(Dentrix, and OrthoBank) is a plus!

Job Type:

Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm

Hourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits

Pay $23-$27 (Negotiable DOE)
