Monday, Evenings, Wednesday Evenings, Thursday Mornings, Friday Afternoons Summary WINGS Ministries is looking for volunteers who have a heart to serve by providing Work/Life Skills for At-Risk Women. Our immediate include Classroom Facilitators, Leads, and Co-Lead roles. Our team of volunteers teach a weekly faith-based program which provide life skills and job preparedness to women in weekly 90-minute classes. The women we serve may be incarcerated, in residential recovery for drug and alcohol addiction, and/or or may have been victims of sex trafficking domestic violence or homelessness. Our mission is to help women discover and embrace their identity in Christ while learning essential skills necessary to meet life's challenges. Required Attributes Excellent Communicator Engaging, enthusiastic, and relational Well-organized professional, and personal Positive and Passionate about facilitating classes for adult students Excited to equip adults with the practical skills to obtain employment Primary Areas of Responsibility Facilitate WINGS job readiness and life skills classes Reviews facilitator guides and classes content in preparation for class Assume Leader/Co-leader role in the classroom during emergencies Teach modules while managing time and discussion flow Participate in debrief following class Maintain personal copy of the latest version of curriculum and/or handouts Communicate classroom issues with Team Lead so it can be addressed Assist in other areas of classroom service and/or administrative tasks as needed Report volunteer service hours to Team Lead or the attendance coordinator
