Volunteers for YMCA Gobble Wobble 5K and Walk

Gobble Wobble 5k Run / 1mi Walk is the beloved annual YMCA Thanksgiving Day race in the Greater Philadelphia region. We are excited to return to the Navy Yard in Philadelphia for our second year! Proceeds from the race help provide financial assistance to community members and youth who want to connect to healthier lives. We have a wide variety of volunteer options like packet pickup, race marshals, refreshment table, and clean up. Top Volunteer Options: General Set Up: November 27, 2025 - 7:00 - 9:00 am EST

These volunteers help set up the registration area, tents, tables, chairs, signs, barricades, power, DJ station, laptops for check in.

Course Cheerleader: November 27, 2025 - 7:00 - 10:00 am EST

Cheer on runners and keep runners/walkers on course.

Registration Assistants: November 27, 2025 - 7:00 - 10:00 am EST

Help registrars with gathering shirts, bags, and other items for participants when they register.

General Clean Up: November 27, 2025 - 9:00 - 12:00 pm EST
