Warehouse Associate
to join a thriving company in Southwest Houston. The
Warehouse Associate
will be responsible for picking bulk materials for production, selecting finished goods for customer delivery, stocking shelves, performing general maintenance, and other warehouse-related duties.

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$15.00-$15.50/hour Benefits:

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Stock raw material goods from receiving. Select raw materials according to the production plan and deliver them to designated warehouse areas. Stock finished goods from production to assigned shelves. Process returns from internal and external customers. Complete customer orders accurately and on time. Count and verify items before shipping; compare them to packing slips and inspect shipments for damage, infestation, or expired products. Report shortages, damages, and mis-picks on the proper forms and notify Warehouse Supervisors of corrections needed. Verify the contents of all orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, labeling, and address information. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Follow company procedures at all times. Assist with special or miscellaneous projects as needed. Warehouse Associate Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and math skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Flexible and adaptable to change. Able to work overtime with short notice. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet). Warehouse Associate Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience with MFG-PRO/AIM warehouse management systems and RF scanners is preferred. Warehouse logistics and forklift experience preferred. Warehouse Associate Physical Requirements:
Daily standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ramps, ladders, scaffolding, or poles using hands, arms, feet, and legs. Ability to bend at the legs and spine. Ability to walk long distances to accomplish tasks. Ability to exert steady force using hands, arms, and upper extremities. Ability to stand for sustained periods. Ability to raise, move, and shift objects between positions. Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Warehouse Associate
