Job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Aesthetic and Wellness Medical Professionals to provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, weight loss and BHRT to our clients. Services may include, but are not limited to, cosmetic injectables (such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers), laser therapies (e.g., IPL, CoolPeel), and laser hair removal. Concierge health and wellness services including weight management medications, hormone replacement therapy, and skin exams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive client consultations and design personalized treatment plans based on individual goals and needs
Perform aesthetic procedures with precision and care, ensuring an exceptional client experience
Educate clients on treatment expectations, including preparation and aftercare
Respond thoughtfully to client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
Stay informed about emerging trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine
For mid- to advanced-level practitioners (NP, PA, MD, DO), perform Good Faith Exams (GFEs) in compliance with licensure regulations
Prioritize client safety and adhere to established protocols at all times
Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and treatment rooms
Document treatments accurately, including before-and-after photos
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other team activities
Be available for occasional travel to support training or other clinic needs
Qualifications:
Must hold an active license as an RN, NP, PA, MD or DO in the practicing state
Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred, ideally in a clinical or medical spa setting
Experience with laser devices is an asset
Pre-existing client following is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic work environment
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable using email and basic digital tools
Familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous
Physical Demands:
This role requires:
Extended periods of standing, bending, and reaching
Frequent use of hands and arms to manage tools or equipment
Regular repetition of movements and active communication
Occasional sitting, or lifting/moving heavy items
