Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
DevOps Architect
with strong expertise in
CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure management . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in assessing, designing, and implementing CI/CD processes for on-premise applications, along with exposure to cloud platforms such as
AWS
and
GCP .
Key Responsibilities:
Review, design, and implement
CI/CD pipelines
and
automation frameworks
for application release management. Define and enforce
DevOps best practices , architecture standards, and governance models aligned with business and IT goals. Manage and support enterprise platforms including
Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus IQ & Repo, Fortify, Ansible, LoadRunner, and BMC Mainframe Dev Tools . Perform server and application maintenance activities including
patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and performance tuning . Implement
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
solutions for configuration and automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash. Support both
on-prem (Windows/Linux)
servers and
AWS cloud environments
ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Monitor system health and performance using
observability and logging tools . Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and continuously improve infrastructure and DevOps processes. Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years
of experience in
DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design/implementation . Hands-on experience with
Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes . Strong expertise in
Windows/Linux system administration
in enterprise environments. Proficiency in
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
and automation scripting using
Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash . Experience supporting
on-prem datacenters
and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Knowledge of
vulnerability management, security, and compliance
in hybrid environments. Experience managing 3rd-party vendor tools for CI/CD and application lifecycle management. Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with advanced CI/CD tools such as
Fortify, Nexus IQ & Repo . Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration. Experience with
Git workflows
for change/configuration management.
