Job Summary The Switcher safely moves trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely and professional manner with daily reports. What We Offer Our Truck Drivers: Home Daily, enjoy a consistent schedule Day, Evening, and Night shifts available $24 per hr Monday through Friday, Overtime on weekends varies 8:00A to 4:30P Modern, Well-Maintained Equipment, operate newer yard trucks in top condition.

Requirement Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, and employment history) Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications Current DOT physical certification Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail with commitment to following safety procedures Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities

Physical Demands: Manual Dexterity:

Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, controls, and equipment. Heavy Lifting:

Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs. Extended Sitting:

Long periods of sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days. Focus & Navigation:

Continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness. Variable Hours:

Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overnight trips. Weather Exposure:

Loading and unloading operations may occur in various weather conditions. Climbing & Balancing:

Entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers and securing cargo safely. Safety Compliance:
