Business Development Center (BDC) Agent
to be a vital part of our customer engagement and sales success.
Are you an excellent communicator with strong phone skills? Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a BDC Agent, you'll often be the
first point of contact
for prospective buyers—helping guide them through their journey toward a new or pre-owned vehicle. Automotive experience is not required;
we provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.

Earning Potential: $60K–$80K+ annually
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, text, chat, and internet using our CRM system
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team for vehicle demonstrations
Develop a deep understanding of vehicle features, models, and availability
Efficiently direct messages and inquiries to the appropriate sales staff or departments
What We’re Looking For:
Strong
verbal and written communication
skills
Ability to
multi-task
in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using
Microsoft Office
and CRM tools
Goal-oriented
mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Spanish-speaking
candidates are a plus!
Availability to work
evenings and weekends
