Position Summary
This position will support Bourbon Steak by Michale Mina.
The polisher is responsible for: Maintaining cleanliness in the overall dining room. Polishing silverware, glassware, utensils, etc. Perform opening/closing duties as necessary. Fold napkins and roll silverware in appropriate time.
