Job Summary:
At Client Site, we are looking for a Workday Integration Developer to join our People Technology team, focusing on managing large-scale company initiatives and ensuring seamless Workday functionality within our operations. The role demands a special focus on incident response, system enhancements, and carrying out change transformation projects pertaining to Workday integrations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing deep-level analysis, consultation, and implementation of system enhancements across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a Business As Usual (BAU) capacity. Providing analysis and consultation for system enhancements and new features on Workday Integration systems including proficiency with EIB, Security, PECI, PICOF, API, Workday Studio, and Reporting. Leading change transformation projects by providing analysis, consultancy, and configuration changes. Supporting the creation of test scripts relevant to changes/projects and being responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of system enhancements. Collaborating closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead and drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with Workday in a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity. Proficient in core HCM functionality of Workday, including business process configuration and security configuration. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent documentation and communication skills.
Industry Experience Required: Experience within an HR Operations/Shared Services environment is necessary.
