The hiring range for this position is $45,116.68 (minimum salary) to $62,132.53 (midpoint of range) dependent upon qualifications for the Facility Services Technician I.
The hiring range for this position is $49,800.37 (minimum salary) to $68,582.68 (midpoint of range) dependent upon qualifications for the Facility Services Technician II.
The hiring range for this position is $52,321.52 (minimum salary) to $72,054.69 (midpoint of range) dependent upon qualifications for the Facility Services Technician III.
The hiring range for this position is $54,970.28 (minimum salary) to $75,702.44 (midpoint of range) dependent upon qualifications for the Facility Services Technician IV.
The purpose of this position is to perform technical duties in the repair and maintenance of city buildings. Successful performance results in a safe and attractive environment for employees and citizens.
The work consists of related technical duties. The volume and type of equipment to be maintained contributes to the complexity of the work.
