The Impact You'll Make

The Master Scheduler will create and maintain a valid master schedule aligned with the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan) which directs MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) to create purchase requisitions and detailed production schedules for execution on the shop floor that are level loaded to optimize capacity, inventory and customer satisfaction. The Master Scheduler will coordinate and communicate with Customer Service Representatives to address orders that cannot be fulfilled as expected.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

ERP monitor champion to accomplish plant goals: OTD, Past Due, Inventory, Item Master, etc. Site lead for Demand Control weekly reviews who communicates order priorities and quantities to the plant.

Provide level loaded plan based on the sales goal in SIOP. Ensure that the master schedule reflects all known and anticipated constraints (capacity availability and material availability). Work closely with the demand planning team to continuously improve forecast accuracy.

Monitor sales order confirmed dates vs. requested dates to highlight gaps in customers' expectations. Determine and follow-up on dispatch shortages. Coordinate order-processing activity with other functional areas to ensure timely processing of all transactions related to a customer order. Monitor and expedite items needed to release customer shipments on time.

Provide input to the Operations team for headcount, shifts, and capital proposals needed to achieve the sales plan - short term and long term.

Address orders not promised at expected lead time. Resolve Demand Filter conflicts within 24 hours of order entry based on production capacity and availability of purchased and manufactured components.

Perform audits of the item master, lead time segmentation and key parameters related to the plant blueprint.

Assist Warehouse in discovery, analysis, and correction of inventory error root causes. For deviations, complete inventory transactions so that the right parts are in the order and inventory. Promote quality and continuous improvement.

Support to New Products Introduction (NPI). Review and understand impacts of Engineering Changes (EC) on item master parameters, inventory, and customer orders.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering.

SAP experience required.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.

Experience in a complex, industrial manufacturing environment preferred.

Must have strong attention to detail. Must have persuasive communication skills and perform well in a demanding environment.

Ability to clearly communicate in English.

MS Office /Excel experience preferred.
