40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | operating hours: Monday-Friday, between 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Patient Service Representative (PSR)
to join our growing team and help us deliver compassionate, high-quality care from day one.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner Answer telephones and route calls appropriately Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars Perform general office duties as assigned

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
