Your Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations by assigning work crews for solid waste collection activities. Monitor team performance and staffing levels to achieve service objectives. Conduct field inspections and compliance audits to uphold safety standards. Address and resolve customer inquiries while ensuring quality service delivery. Mentor and develop team members through constructive feedback and performance evaluations. Establish both short- and long-term operational goals. Manage compliance with environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and local laws. Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is advantageous. Willingness to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive leadership approach. Adept at managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and business software. Open to relocation for future career advancement opportunities.
