The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events that reflect our brand and mission. As part of a collaborative team, you will assist with various tasks, from logistical coordination to on-site management, providing you with the opportunity to develop valuable skills in event organization.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of various events Manage event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services Help create promotional materials and event agendas Track event budgets and assist with financial reporting Coordinate attendee registrations and guest communications Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Benefits
