Responsibilities

Integrate individual brand styles and guidelines, including fonts, images, and visual aesthetics, into diverse assets and campaigns across multiple channels. Lead and manage multi-media projects, creating both static and animated visuals. Assess and refine code to ensure validity, proper structure, adherence to industry standards, and compatibility with standard web browsers. Conduct troubleshooting and quality assurance for emails, onsite units, and webpages using tools like Email on Acid or Litmus. Stay informed about the latest technologies to enhance and advance campaign effectiveness. Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (ADA) across all platforms. Required Experience/Skills

5-7 years of experience in email/web production or a similar capacity. Advanced proficiency in responsive coding using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Skilled in creating table-based email templates, display ads, and web pages. Expertise in using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), text editors (e.g., VS Code, Sublime Text), and QA tools like Email on Acid and Litmus. Experience with Email Service Providers such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. Deep understanding of best practices and testing for rendering consistency across mobile and desktop platforms. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional team members. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment. Adept at translating technical jargon for peers and cross-functional teams. Ability to comprehend and apply brand-specific design elements, ensuring both copy and visual compliance guidelines are met.
