Workday Project Manager (focus on data conversion, reporting, and integrations) ! This is a
part-time, contract role (6-12 months)
that can be performed
remotely .
We are looking for an
immediate fill
to support a Workday implementation project. This role exists to drive
data conversion, reporting, and integration activities
within Workday, while partnering closely with the business and maintaining a highly structured and organized project approach.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
8+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations and current Hospital or Clinical domain experience
Strong experience with
Workday particularly in
data conversion, reporting, and integrations
Highly
self-driven
with
exceptional emotional intelligence
and communication skills
Proven ability to
work independently , prioritize across multiple deliverables, and remain flexible
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Comfortable in a structured and process-driven environment
Ability to start
immediately
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $70/hr - $100
per hour (Market rate) , depending on experience and qualifications. This is a contract role and may be eligible for additional benefits based on employment classification and engagement length.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
Project manage and coordinate
Workday data conversion, reporting, and integrations - in a Hospital or Clinical environment
Partner closely with internal business teams to ensure alignment and delivery success - must have experience implementing Workday in Hospital systems and have experience with tools such as Epic, UKG, etc.
Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and risks
Collaborate with technical and functional Workday experts on integrations - strong understanding of reporting and ensuring end users have a cohesive and superior experience, ensuring understanding of what Workday can do for them - enhancing users' work experience
Ensure structured documentation, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication - strong knowledge of Workday data conversion best practices and influencing without authority
Maintain flexibility while staying structured in approach - drive execution - ensure continuous training and change management
