RN Supervisor

at

Greentree Manor , a family-owned long-term care facility. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Position Overview: As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in directing our nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Your leadership will help maintain our commitment to quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Clinical Oversight:

Manage day-to-day nursing operations while adhering to federal and state regulations. Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and accurate documentation. Collaborate with physicians, families, and residents to develop and implement care plans. Monitor medication administration and resident health. Complete necessary documentation and reports.

Staff Management:

Assign nursing personnel effectively to guarantee quality resident care. Provide leadership, mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations. Address staff concerns and ensure adherence to policies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Engage in audits, surveys, and quality assurance meetings. Update nursing procedures and policies as needed. Ensure timely completion of MDS and care plans.

Resident Advocacy:

Uphold resident rights and dignity. Respond to concerns, grievances, and emergencies effectively. Enhance family communication and resident satisfaction.

Education & Infection Control:

Participate in staff training and orientation programs. Implement safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications: Current RN license

in Connecticut (unencumbered). Minimum

2 years of nursing experience , including supervisory experience in long-term care or similar settings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
