Join Leidos as a Costpoint Materials Management Systems Expert in our Corporate Information Office. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support Costpoint and related systems, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive business process models. We seek candidates with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Costpoint Materials functionalities, particularly in Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
Location:
Full time or part time telework is available; home office location is Reston, VA. Primary Responsibilities: Provide expert system guidance and manage special projects while assisting with day-to-day production tasks. Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of Costpoint applications, interfaces, and processes. Offer technical support to both users and functional subject matter experts; lead and develop teams across various business units. Act as the liaison with Deltek Support for issues related to Costpoint, including defects, upgrades, and enhancements. Gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into actionable specifications. Design, develop, and maintain innovative enterprise-wide business processes leveraging Costpoint, implementing improvements wherever possible. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough regression testing for new functionalities, bug fixes, and upgrades prior to production. Oversee the completion of scheduled Process Management tasks during daily, weekly, and month-end closing activities. Maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows, and procedures. Ensure all processes comply with SOX, audit, and role security requirements. Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen. Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant professional experience, showcasing technical proficiency in Costpoint Materials Management core modules. Additional IT systems security/support experience may substitute for a degree. Proven experience in system implementation, maintenance, and support. Deep understanding of supply chain management processes. Comprehensive knowledge of Inventory, Sales Orders, MES, and MRP. Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL). Familiarity with Costpoint backend table relationships and front-end application design. A talent for building collaborative relationships across functions. Highly motivated with a self-directed work ethic. Willingness to work evenings and weekends for month-end closing processes and special projects. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with additional Costpoint modules, such as Accounting Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets. Understanding of Testrunner. Targeted Salary:
